1. How long do I have to use my certificate?

From the day the certificate is delivered, 90 calendar days are counted, the effective date is specified in the certificate provided in order to be able to make the redemption.

2. I have a Roundtrip2x1 certificate, but we are more than 2 adults, does the benefit apply to more people?

No. The Roundtrip2X1 certificate only applies for 2 people, any additional tickets must be purchased by another means.

3. I have a certificate and I only want to use it for 1 person, will I get a half-price ticket?

No, the certificate is for two people, two tickets must be purchased for your 2x1 benefit to apply.

4. I have 2 certificates in my name, can I use them for the same trip?

No, you can only use one certificate. In order to use two certificates for the same trip (same destination and same dates), the second one must be in the co-holder's name.

5. My certificate has expired can I still use it?

To redeem the certificate and have its benefits it is essential that it has not expired, if so, it is necessary to contact your Posadas Vacation Advisor and validate any available option.

6. Can I transfer my certificate to somebody else?

No. The RoundTrip2X1 certificate is non-transferable.

7. Does the account holder have to make the quotation and/or reservation of the flights?

No. The management can be done by any person as long as the flights are in the name of the membership holder. The requested quote will be sent within a maximum period of 4 business days.

8. Is it possible to cancel my already booked flight?

In the Roundtrip2x1 benefit, there is no refund/cancellation of tickets.

9. What happens if I want to use my certificate, but the departure/destination place is not in the list of authorized destinations?

Roundtrip2X1 Certificates can only be used in the destinations listed in the corresponding section.

10. Can I combine my 2X1 certificate with other promotions?

The Roundtrip2x1 benefit cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers previously issued, the purchase of new tickets will be made under the pre-established terms and conditions and payment will only be made by Credit/Debit Card.

11. Do children under 2 years old pay for a ticket?

The age of children is considered at the date of travel, that is, when making a quotation or making use of your benefit it is important to mention the age of the child at that time for both the date of departure and return date, otherwise the airline will charge an additional cost. Infants do not pay ticket (less than 2 years old) only the taxes that must be covered at the airport. The ticket is charged only in case of requesting an independent seat. On domestic flights it is a requirement to present the birth certificate and/or CURP to prove the age of the child. On international flights you must present a valid passport.

12. Is it safe to share my bank card information?

For your peace of mind, our company is certified with PCI (Payment Card Industry) that guarantees the security of the use of your data. Therefore, you can request support through our executives in case of any particular doubt.

13. To make use of my 2X1 Certified benefit, do all airlines apply?

The agency has access to most airlines except VivaAerobus, in case an airline outside the agency's access is requested, the best option will be offered.

14. What happens if I am offered a flight with an airline or itinerary that I do not like?

A new quote can be provided with the desired airline (as long as the agency has access) or the desired itinerary, in case there is a difference in fare the customer must absorb it.

15. Can I buy a ticket at short notice?

No. The minimum period between the purchase and the flight date must be 21 calendar days in low season and 60 calendar days in high season.

16. Do my benefit tickets include checked baggage?

The RoundTrip2X1 certificate is offered at the lowest available base fare provided by the airline which does not include checked baggage. In case you wish to include it and the airline allows it, the difference in the fare will be absorbed by the customer.

17. Does the purchase of flights include seat assignment?

It does not include seat assignment; the customer will have to absorb the cost (if required) and to do so will be directly on the website of the airline or at the airport.

18. With the purchase of my flight, can I request an invoice?

No, since it is a benefit of your membership; the RoundTrip2x1 certificate.

19. Can I make a purchase in interest-free monthly payments?

No. The charge will be made in a single exhibition.

20. I was provided with a quote that for which airlineĀ“s website shows same or lower fee, why is this?

The airlines reserve the right to show lower rates on their websites, so the rate that our agency has access to will apply.

21. If I require a higher fare with greater benefits, can I purchase it?

Yes, you can purchase it, you only have to consider the lowest rate in the basic family (as a reference) and the difference will be absorbed by the customer.

22. What will I receive as confirmation at the time of purchase?

You will receive the confirmation codes for the purchase of the airline tickets that you will be able to view on the corresponding airline's website and check in.

23. Do you accept all credit or debit cards?

VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted.

24. If at the time of the trip there is any inconvenience such as illness, in this case COVID, and I have already purchased my Roundtrip2x1 tickets, what should I do?

You will have to validate the case and review it with the corresponding airline since these policies are constantly changing.
