The following Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and the RoundTrip 2x1 Program, its owners, sponsors, distributors, designated agents, affiliates, and administrators. Redeeming your RoundTrip 2x1 Code means that you understand and agree to these terms. 1. TThe Roundtrip 2x1 Certificate gives you the right in the purchase of an adult round trip airplane ticket in economy basic class with taxes, the second ticket only must cover the taxes derived from the airline, as well as an issuance commission of $15 USD for each ticket in economy basic class. If the destination is Europe, the previous terms does not apply. Nonetheless in the purchase of an adult a round trip airplane ticket in economy basic class with taxes, the second ticket could have a $400 USD discount on the base fare. The owner and its companion shall travel in the same route and itinerary in order for this promotion to be valid. The benefit only applies for 2 people, the owner and its companion.
2. The owner shall make the reservation and purchase of their air tickets on the 90 days following of the activation of their Travel Certificate, which is the date in which their sponsor will give them the certificate number. The round trip of both the owner and its companion shall be made within the 12 months after the activation of the RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate.
3. The acquisition (reservation and purchase) of the air tickets shall be made within the 90 days after the activation of the RoundTrip2x1.com Travel Certificate and at least 21 days prior to the departure during mid and low seasons, subject to availability. For trips during high season, whose departures are between December 15th and January 5th, during Easter season (week prior, during or after easter season) from July 1st through August 31th, and other holidays, it is required to be purchased 60 days in advance and an extra fee may apply in trips during high season, subject to availability. Making the reservation as far in advance as possible increases the chance of getting a better rate and availability on the wished flights. The rate sent to members through email once the destination, dates, and stops are confirmed will correspond to the final value to be paid with their credit or debit card. Open tickets, tickets without return date or destination are not allowed. Members cannot spend one night on stopovers between and on their way to their final destination, unless the quote lowers in price and the member have requested it. All tickets must have a return date. The round trip must be completed in a maximum period of 30 days. The trips must be made to and from the same destination.
4. This RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate is valid only for the published participating destinations on roundTrip2x1.com. The benefit of the flight certificate applies only from Mexico and USA destinations. The destinations that participate for flights from Mexico or USA are published on roundTrip2x1.com y for Europe applies up to a $400 USD discount on the base fare.
5. The buyer of the Base Airplane Ticket in basic economy rate shall be the owner to whom the RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate was given and shall pay for their airplane ticket and of its companion, along the corresponding taxes and issuance fee for both tickets with a credit or debit card. Once the reservation is confirmed and the tickets are issued these are not transferable, none refundable and there are no changes allowed on the itinerary or names of the people traveling.
6. Once the reservation is confirmed and the tickets are issued, is responsibility of the owner to validate directly with the airline for any costs for commissions, baggage, seat assignment or any other additional services provided by the airlines. We suggest to reconfirm your itinerary 24 hours prior each departure date do to the airline can modify these according to its operation. These modifications are unrelated to the program.
7. The airline may reserve the right to publish on its website a cheaper basic fare than the one provided by the agency, which will not be the responsibility of Roundtrip2X1, nor grant said cost published by the airline.
8. If the owner shall request a different itinerary from the one given by the RoundTrip2x1that applies an increase on the base fare, the owner shall cover the difference for both tickets.
9. The RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate only applies to obtain a one-time benefit ticket through the RoundTrip2x1. In case that the owner has more than one RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificates, these cannot be used for the same date and destination.
10. The RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate cannot be used in addition to other promotions or discount programs, including government, group, tour, conventions, student, children, or internet agency rates.
11. RoundTrip2x1 will try to stick to the route and itinerary proposed by owners on the Reservation Form; however, it reserves the right to choose another airline based on availability and on the participation of certain airlines, being free to choose any commercial airline on the market, except for VivaAerobus among others, after consulting with the owner and getting their approval. The confirmation and ticket numbers of the purchase will be sent to the owner.
12. The executives will always look for the most economic rate available for the owners. However, RoundTrip2x1 reserves the right to declare a flight as unavailable in case there are changes in rates and special availability situations. In this case, owners will be offered another itinerary to meet the needs of their trip.
13. During high season, such as Christmas, Easter Week, holidays and summer, the tickets offered in this promotion are subject to availability. Also, there is a chance that, for reasons unrelated to the travel agency, special events take place during specific seasons and destinations (fairs, festivals, sports events, soccer World Cup, Olympic games, conferences, etc.) not foreseen by the agency, and which may restrict availability, conditions, or even rates for flights without prior notice.
14. This RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate is valid only for the owner to whom it was given and it cannot be exchanged for cash or for plane tickets purchased through other means. The Certificate will be void if it is copied, duplicated or forged. Once the certificate has been granted with an assigned folio number, it is not allowed to cancel it.
15. In order for this promotion to be valid, it is necessary that the owners credit card is not blocked and there shall not be other limitations that impede the authorization of the charge for the purchase of the tickets when the Reservation Form is sent. RoundTrip2x1 is committed and obligated not to make charges other to the rate, taxes, and issuance commissions of the base tickets of both the owner y its companion. Any additional charges shall be previously authorized in writing by the owner. Airfares are dynamic and subject to availability and change without previous notice.
16. Owners shall specify in the comments section of the reservation form if there are any minors, people with disabilities, or special needs, so the travel executives can consider this upon ticket issuance. Never the less, all ticket issuances are subject to restrictions on behalf of the airlines, which will be notified to the owner upon the confirmation.
17. It is the owner’s responsibility of the RoundTrip2x1 Travel Certificate to fill out and send the correct data, its own and its companion, on the Reservation Form such as: full name (as is printed on official ID or passport), ID or passport validity with minimum of 6 months and the itinerary. Once flight tickets have been confirmed, changes of any information may no apply or may have and extra charge, which will be covered by the owner and seen directly with the airline.
18. The necessary requirements to travel such as passports, visas, vaccines, regulations and additional documents of each destination are full responsibility of the passengers to verify, qualify or acquired to current migration laws of the country they visit.
19. It is important to consider that the franchise of baggage is subject to the policies of each airline related to the destination and branded fare in which the reservation its confirmed. In case of needed to checked baggage is necessary to request and pay the service directly with the airline.
20. The name of the economic base fare rate may vary from each airline.
